Compare Utility
Track Changes for your SiteExecutive pages
The Compare Utility module works much like the Track Changes tool in Microsoft Word, letting you make a side-by-side comparrisons of two versions of a SiteExecutive page. It reduces the effort and stress of reviewing and editing pages following revisions, making it absolutely essential for organizations with multiple content authors and approval workflows.
When activated, the Compare Utility window displays Change Indicators, showing where content has been added, deleted or modified. It also provides several viewing options, such as the display of source code and/or tag changes
With the Compare Utility you can compare:
- Current editable version of a page with active versions of a page
- Active version of a page with the editable, locked, approved or pending version of a page
- Any two versions, including archived version
