Site Administrator Training

This course is intended for site administrators who will be maintaining the application. The course will illustrate the use of administrative utilities such as the workflow process, user and group account creation, managing dictionaries, querying and searching objects, etc.

Add groups and users for an organization
Set permissions for users
Create approval processes for publishing
Establish meta tag content
Establish site security
Run reports on objects and users' performance
