Compare Utility

Much like the Track Changes tool in Microsoft Word, the SiteExecutive Compare Utility lets you make side-by-side comparisons of two versions of a SiteExecutive page. It reduces the effort and stress of reviewing and editing pages following revisions, making it absolutely essential for organizations with multiple content authors and approval workflows.

Key features:

• Automatically applies color coding to Change Indicators, showing where content has been added, deleted or modified
• Viewing options – review source code and/or tag changes as well as WYSIWYG page content
• Enables effective editing and content optimization, enables comparison of:
  
  • Current editable version of a page with active versions of a page
