Advanced Forms Module

The SiteExecutive Advanced Forms module lets you create custom Web forms and manage data handling without coding. Once created, forms can be inserted on any SiteExecutive page or template.

The Advanced Forms module key features:

• WYSIWYG form editor lets you create, update, preview, test and publish forms on any SiteExecutive page
• Forms offer 17 different control types, including: text fields, text areas, buttons, image and file upload fields, link fields, encrypted password fields, data populator fields and more
• Design flexibility – CSS and XSLT provide complete control over look and feel of forms and related autogenerated messages
• Your choice of control populators – display options that are created and managed in external data sources or within SiteExecutive
• Enhanced functions and logic – add user-defined JavaScript functions and custom logic to meet your data gathering requirements
• Reporting – results can be reported daily, weekly or monthly
• Provides robust result handling options facilitating internal result handling, as well as, storage for future extraction and e-mailing of results
• Allows the configuration of result handling to submit results to external logic
• Allows the deletion of results with specification of dates
• Tracks actions performed to the form
• Supports globalization – all text (except Browse button on the Upload File control) can be displayed in different languages; JavaScript can be used to validate multiple data formats and non-US addresses
