Search engine friendliness: SiteExecutive generates clean, WC3 compliant XHTML and gives you control over page elements and content needed for optimizing search results, including:

Mobile-ready sites: SiteExecutive streamlines the process of delivering mobile-ready content. When people visit your site on a mobile device,SiteExecutive automatically detects the device and swaps your desktop page templates for a mobile-optimized version.

Accessibility: Need a Section 508 or WCAG compliant Website? – SiteExecutive can be configured to enforce completion of alt tags, and lets content authors specify and edit H1– H6 tags so your site meets accessibility guidelines.

Personalization: SiteExecutive includes a Classification Engine that lets you organize and tag content. Once classified, content can be dynamically displayed based on the content of pages visited, creating a personalized and more engaging Web Experience.

Content Intelligence Module: SiteExecutive automatically aggregates and displays topical and personalized content. This module works in conjunction with the Classification Engine, streamlining site development by providing an automated process for displaying relevant content on pages.

Secure log-in registration module: This module promotes richer visitor interactions by letting non-technical personnel configure password-protected sections of your Website. The module facilitates all facets of registration, credential distribution process (for lost passwords).   

URL redirection: With SiteExecutive you can add one or more redirects to your individual Web pages. There are several ways this can be extremely useful, including:

Microsoft Office import: SiteExecutive lets you import content directly from Microsoft Word and other common document formats speeding up content creation.

Uploading files, images and other binaries: With proper authorization, you can upload documents, images and other binary files direct from your PC to your Website. The process supports single or multiple files. Once uploaded, files can be classified for dynamic display or inserted or linked to pages for visitor access.

Image manipulation: With SiteExecutive, you can resize, scale, flip or rotate images directly in the editor. This ensures images are Web friendly and eliminates the effort and complexity of having images edited by the one person on your team with Photoshop.

Approval workflow: To ensure the quality and integrity of your content, SiteExecutive lets you configure and apply approval workflows to any section of your site. The email-based process can be set for single, multiple or group-based approvers. Used in conjunction with the Compare Utility, you can quickly identify all changes in pages and templates, enabling timely review and approval cycles.

Designer friendly: Creating templates for SiteExecutive is easy using standard Web design tools, such as Dreamweaver or the built-in template editor. With a single click, you can import your design and CSS files. There is no inherent limitation to the number of templates used for any single Website. SiteExecutive lets you take full advantage of CSS 2.0 for tableless design and positioning.

Branding control: SiteExecutive creates a tightly controlled environment for content contributors, ensuring brand consistency. Templates and associated CSS can be assigned at the folder or page level.

Version control and auditing: Published object and uploaded binary files are all automatically checked into the SiteExecutive repository. As files are updated or replaced, they are maintained by SiteExecutive for future review or re-publication, providing a failsafe process for content authors. Likewise, all user actions to objects are tracked and recorded by SiteExecutive.

Reporting: SiteExecutive features a MySE Dashboard with individual configurable reports. The reporting mechanism lets you query, monitor and find necessary objects, user activity and files pending action.

Development Platform: SiteExecutive is a ColdFusion application. If you have experience developing ColdFusion or Java applications you can leverage those skills with SiteExecutive.
