Hunt Valley, MD, 06/21/2012 — Systems Alliance, a Web and IT consulting firm helping clients build, assess, and optimize online properties and IT operations, today announced the expansion of the Web Effectiveness team, adding Amy Rubino as user experience architect.
Rubino joins Systems Alliance with over 11 years of Web design experience. With her strong passion for Web usability and deep knowledge and experience with a variety of Web research methods, Amy is an invaluable addition to the Web Effectiveness team. “It’s really exciting to be part of such a talented team”, said Rubino. “I was drawn to this position because user research, content strategy, and responsive Web design are all part of the System Alliance design process. Not every Web consulting firm is this forward thinking.”
Prior to Systems Alliance, Rubino worked as a user experience consultant for several organizations in Baltimore including Towson University, Catholic Relief Services, and the Social Security Administration. In these roles she helped clients meet business objectives by improving the user experience for their site visitors so they could more easily navigate the site to complete their goals. She holds a master’s degree in Interaction Design and Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore and a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Towson University.
