Provident serves individuals and businesses in the Baltimore-Washington corridor through a network of over 120 banking offices in Maryland, Virginia, and southern York County, PA. Provident Bank also offers related financial services through wholly owned subsidiaries.
Challenge: Operating in a very competitive market, Provident continues to execute on its growth strategy, filling the gap between regional and local banks. Branding has been essential to integrating the bank’s recent acquisitions and in the continued evolution of services it delivers to its clients.
Solution: Systems Alliance collaborated with the marketing and technical teams at Provident to design and deploy a new Website within SiteExecutive. Key requirements included establishing a user interface that promotes online customer self service, clear navigation, comprehensive search and a diverse resource center. Subsequent to the initial launch, Systems Alliance provided end user training to Provident personnel, empowering them with the knowledge required to update, enhance and expand the Website with minimal assistance from IT personnel.
